We want customers to feel comfortable shopping with Chemcraftt™. If your item is unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition, you may contact us to request a return within the return window shown on our website or product page.

Returned products should include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging when possible. Items that show heavy use, missing parts, damage caused after delivery, or signs of improper handling may not qualify for a standard return.

Before sending any item back, please contact service@chemcraftt.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review the request and provide instructions if the item is eligible.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items received upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. This allows us to review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
